I am a busy, involved mother of four, and much of my life outside of work is spent supporting my children in their sports and activities. Being present with them—whether I’m in the stands, on the sidelines, or helping them prepare—keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the importance of stability, connection, and resilience within families.
My path into this field began early in my own life. After losing a sibling as a child, I attended a grief group and experienced firsthand the impact that compassionate, skilled support can have during painful and uncertain times. That experience, along with other challenges, shaped me in a profound way and gave me a clear sense of purpose from a young age.
I was one of the fortunate ones who always knew the work I wanted to do, and that early clarity has guided my entire career.
Today, I bring that same sense of purpose into my work with individuals and families. My personal experiences, combined with years of clinical training, allow me to approach each case with empathy, steadiness, and a deep understanding of how challenging moments can also become opportunities for growth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and co‑parenting challenges.
